ALAN LOONEY, General Contractor
If anyone knows how to craft luxury, custom homes that adhere defined budgets and timelines, it's Castle Homes Founder Alan Looney. With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and cost analysis experience as an industrial engineer, Alan is masterful at keeping projects on schedule and in budget. Yet it's Alan's innate ability to find the talented people and inspire teams to work together that make Castle the respected, sought-after company it is today. Under Alan's leadership, the Castle team holds to highest standards of design, construction, project management and client service.

HEATHER LOONEY, Interior Designer
Known for being creative and innovative, Heather Looney is a seasoned home design and marketing professional. She sees the world in colors, textures and materials – always with a watchful eye for emerging design trends. With her unique talent and perspective, Heather is the ideal guide for selection of interior and exterior details that are beautiful and livable, balanced and comfortable. Through personal consultation and involvement throughout pre-planning, Heather makes sure your house will be a Castle.

Alan and Heather are members of The Foundations, a group within the National Association of Home Builders. Through this affiliation, they regularly travel to major North American markets to learn about new standards, technologies and trends in the custom home-building industry.

BRETT WRIGHT, Project Manager
Brett Wright is hands-on and involved in every Castle project. Experienced in all aspects of construction management, Brett is an expert in customer care, estimating, scheduling, takeoffs and land development and keenly attuned to clients' specific needs. A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Construction Management, Brett is licensed by the State of Tennessee for Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects.

CAROLINE WEIGEL, Interior Designer
Caroline makes sure every Castle home benefits from ‘natural selection.' With vast knowledge of materials and residential design, she's the ideal point person to guide selection of exterior and interior finishes. She is also adept at kitchen design and CAD drawings, as well. A graduate of the American Intercontinental University of Atlanta with a degree in Interior Design, Caroline previously coordinated projects for A Classical Studio, a residential architecture firm in Atlanta.

MICHAEL MCDONALD, Superintendent
McDonald is a graduate of the University of North Florida where he studied building construction management. Previously, he was an assistant project manager for PPI Construction Management, a commercial construction company. McDonald is LEED certified and joined Castle to launch the Southern Living Showcase Home in southern Davidson County's Dorset Park neighborhood. He will also provide on-site supervision of new home development in Arundel Court, Annandale & The Reserve at Temple Hills.

RUSS PEARCE, Superintendent
A Nashville resident, Pearce is originally from Sonoma, CA and a graduate of California State University, Chico, with a degree in construction management. He previously worked as a project manager for Joeris General Contractors, in Texas. As a superintendent for Castle Homes, Pearce is a LEED accredited professional and will be part of the Castle Homes design-build team for the fall 2011 Southern Living Showcase Home.

KATE LADD, Design Assistant
A graduate of O'More College of Design in Franklin, TN, with a BFA in Interior Design, Ladd brings experience in both residential and commercial design. At Castle, Ladd works with the design team producing CAD drawings for kitchen and bath design, and assists with interior material and finish selections. 

AMANDA HUDSON WARMAN, Accountant/Office Manager
Warman brings years of experience in accounting and office management to the Castle team. A graduate from MTSU with an Accounting/Business Administration degree, Warman previously worked at HCA as an accounting manager with Outpatient Services Group.
