We’re giving you a sneak preview of this custom home being built in Nashville’s Middleton neighborhood.

Right outside Nashville’s serene Edwin and Percy Warner Parks is the small, gated community of Middleton. Conveniently located near Green Hills, Brentwood, Bellevue, and Franklin, the neighborhood is known for beautiful homes that offer timeless style and high-quality craftsmanship.

To see the luxury and beauty of this community first-hand, we’re offering a sneak preview of a home that’s currently under construction by Castle Homes, one of Music City’s most trusted custom home builders. Expected to be completed in the early fall, the four-bedroom home will offer four full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, and a two-car garage, making it a comfortable sanctuary for future homeowners.

“It’s the last lot in the private gated community of Middleton,” says Alan Looney, owner of Castle Homes. “It’s a close-knit, family-friendly neighborhood that is perfect for raising children.”

Alan adds that the home’s architectural style is one of its many standout features. Best described as an English arts and crafts-style house, the exterior offers unpainted tumbled brick, while the large pane windows allow plenty of natural light to flood the home.

When you step inside, you’ll be immediately greeted by a welcoming and open floor plan. Directly in front of the entryway is a bright, airy living room that flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining areas.

“The open floor plan is very inviting for day-to-day living, as well as for entertaining,” says Alan. “The kitchen is the focal point of the home and features a scullery and pantry on the back side for storage or serving if you’re entertaining, allowing the kitchen to stay clean.”

The kitchen design is complete with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and beautiful white oak-stained cabinets. The countertops are primarily a mix of Calcutta marble, while quartz and quartzite counters will be found throughout the home’s secondary areas.

As you continue through the first floor’s design, you’ll find beautiful solid hardwood floors that flow throughout. Just off the main living room is the primary bedroom. Complete with a sizable walk-in closet, you’ll also love the primary bathroom, which includes natural stone, unique porcelain, and additional white oak-stained cabinetry.

A study, powder room, dining room, and laundry room round out the first floor. Meanwhile, the second floor offers three additional bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a half bathroom, and a large storage area.

“There are also two sitting areas upstairs,” adds Alan. “One is a media room, and the other is a sitting area off of a bedroom, giving the homeowner several gathering options.”

Outside the home is a spacious backyard that offers the option to add a pool. For your convenience, Castle Homes has already completed a master landscape plan that accounts for the addition.

“From a maintenance standpoint, the home is situated on a smaller lot, so the amount of lawn maintenance is not only perfect for busy, young families but also those families who just don’t want to spend time on lawn upkeep,” says Alan.

If you wish to add a pool to the home’s backyard, Castle Homes has already drawn up a master landscape plan that accounts for it.

In terms of future homeowners, Alan says the home’s customization allows for various family dynamics — whether you’re always on the go or looking for somewhere to settle down and relax at the end of a long day.

“This home would fit multiple generations,” Alan adds. “It appeals to a younger family with children. There is plenty of room to grow, and it is conveniently located near the many private schools in the area. It also appeals to someone downsizing from a larger home where the children are now moving out.”
