Vice-President & Designer
Known for being creative and innovative, Heather Looney is a seasoned home design and marketing professional. She sees the world in colors, textures and materials – always with a watchful eye for emerging design trends. With her unique talent and perspective, Heather is the ideal guide for selection of interior and exterior details that are beautiful and livable, balanced and comfortable. Through personal consultation and involvement throughout pre-planning, Heather makes sure your home will be a Castle.
Brett Wright

Vice-President of Operations & Broker
Brett Wright is hands-on and involved in every Castle project. Experienced in all aspects of construction management, Brett is an expert in customer care, estimating, scheduling, takeoffs and land development and keenly attuned to clients’ specific needs. A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Construction Management, Brett is licensed by the State of Tennessee for Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects.

Joy Huber

Interior Designer, LEED AP BD&C
Joy brings a fresh perspective to interior design for Castle Homes. Her expertise not only encompasses assisting home owners with interior space planning, bath and kitchen design, but she’s also a valuable asset for exterior and interior finish selections. As a LEED Accredited Professional, with a specialty in building design & construction, Joy’s diverse background of project management and design provides her with the expertise to manage projects from early design concept through completion. She is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design.

Rachel Haag

Interior Designer
Rachel is from Hendersonville, TN and is a graduate of Watkins College of Art and Design with a BFA in Interior Design. Rachel’s experience in finish, furniture, and fixture selection, combined with a skilled eye for space planning, guides clients through the design and detail process of building a new home, creating beautiful and functional interior spaces.

Karen Musil

Interior Designer
Karen is a graduate of Meredith College in North Carolina earning a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Born in Argentina and raised in Houston TX, Karen previously worked as a kitchen and bath designer. She truly enjoys advising homeowners throughout the project, assuring that each selection and decision made fits within their home esthetics and design.

Joshua Smith

Project Manager
Joshua was the on-site project manager for the 2015 Nashville Symphony House, a fundraiser that benefited the Nashville Symphony. He also over saw the 2013 Southern Living Idea House at Fontanel. Joshua grew up in King, North Carolina working residential construction with his father. Joshua followed the passion instilled in him from those experiences by graduating from Appalachian State University with a Bachelors of Science in Architectural Design and Bachelors of Science in Construction Management.

Michael Smith

Project Manager
Michael Smith, a native from Lebanon, TN, is a graduate from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a degree in Construction Management. His previous work experience includes owning a personal stone mason business, making him a natural fit for residential construction. Michael’s favorite part of his job at Castle Homes is the problem solving involved with a unique custom design.

Emilee Senyard

Emilee joins the team with a diverse background working in several different capacities of residential construction since 2009. Originally from Baton Rouge, Emilee graduated from LSU with a degree in Interior Design and received her LEED Green Associates Accreditation in May 2010.
